Engagement Type: Payroll SME (Contract Position – London)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our customers dynamic team for a contract position based in London. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless payroll operations and requires deep expertise in both iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:
 

• Proven experience as a Payroll SME, with a strong track record in both iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation, compliance, and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience in payroll system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Act as the go-to SME for payroll systems, particularly iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Provide expert advice and solutions for payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll system enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline workflows and optimize payroll operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
