Engagement Type: Spanish-Speaking SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to support our esteemed client based in Madrid. This role will involve implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with the client’s business objectives. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic insights and hands-on support to ensure the success of HR transformation initiatives.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:
 

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in integration tools and techniques for SuccessFactors with other systems.
• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their HR processes and business needs.
• Design, implement, and configure SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, or others as required.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption.
• Customize and optimize solutions to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
