Engagement Type: Turkish-Speaking SAP Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA Implementation

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Turkish-speaking SAP Project Manager to lead an exciting SAP S/4HANA implementation project for a prestigious client based in Turkey. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on a transformative initiative.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:
 

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex SAP implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its core modules.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish business and cultural landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and SAP consultants, to align project objectives with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and all project stakeholders, providing clear communication and fostering a cohesive project environment.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution to minimize project disruption.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
