Engagement Type: SAP HCM Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Programme Manager to lead a critical programme for our valued customer based in Scotland. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. This is a freelance contract opportunity, requiring a committed professional available to work onsite three days per week for the duration of 12–18 months. The role falls inside IR35 compliance regulations.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:
 

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with proven expertise in SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex SAP HCM programmes in large-scale organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work onsite in Scotland three days per week.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors programme lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Provide strategic direction and resolve challenges to drive programme success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP HCM and SuccessFactors-related activities.
